How it works

From first message to final payment.

    Find

    A planner browses talent listings or posts a gig request on the board.

  2. 02

    Talk

    Planner and talent message on Eventra and agree on the booking details.

  3. 03

    Invoice

    The talent builds an itemized invoice — line items, quantities, rates and tax.

  4. 04

    Accept

    The planner reviews the invoice, with Eventra's service fee shown clearly.

  5. 05

    Pay

    The planner pays through Eventra. The talent receives their payout.

Fees, explained

Joining and listing are free. On each completed booking Eventra adds 10% on top for the planner and deducts 10% from the talent's payout.

Providers are independent businesses responsible for their services, licenses and insurance. Eventra is the marketplace and payment platform, not a party to the service agreement.
