How much does Eventra cost?

Joining Eventra is free for both planners and talent. Eventra adds a 10% service fee to the planner's invoice total and takes 10% from the talent's payout — for a $200 invoice the planner pays $220 and the talent receives $180.

Can I get booked as talent on Eventra?

Yes. Sign up as Talent, publish a service listing with your rate per hour or per gig, your city and travel radius, available dates and years of experience, and planners can find and book you. Specialty trades such as handymen and electricians must confirm insurance before listing.

What kinds of events can I hire talent for?

Weddings, birthdays, bars and clubs, corporate functions, private parties, public events, festivals, holiday parties and home services are all supported event types on Eventra.

How do payments work?

Talent send an invoice inside the chat. Planners pay it securely by card through Base44 Payments, the invoice is marked paid automatically, and the talent payout is issued to the bank details saved on their profile.
